FD_Volunteer_480x338Making a Difference in the Community

F&D believes in supporting client and employee causes. Whether this be sponsoring a table at a charitable event or giving money directly to a cause, employees can apply for a formal grant.

Community Service Day
Once a year, F&D dedicates a full day of service in each of our office’s communities. The purpose is to have a positive impact on each of the communities where we live and work. Everyone looks forward to the community service days each year because it is an opportunity to foster team work and camaraderie amongst our people in addition to giving back to the community.

Personal Involvement
Community involvement is valued at all levels in each department of the firm. Our people are encouraged to get involved with non-profit organizations that align with their personal passions. Many team members are involved in leadership roles in various organizations or hold a seat on a non-profit board.

Community Events
Throughout the year, F&D hosts various services activities including food drives around Thanksgiving, a toy drive around the holidays, back-to-school drives and more. The firm provides various opportunities to give back to our community where there is a need, but also to promote a philanthropic spirit at F&D.

  • Community Partners

At Frazier & Deeter, we believe that we are only as successful as the Community Partners we serve.   These organizations have impressive track records of making a huge impact in their communities.

  • FD Foundation

FD Foundation, Frazier & Deeter’s matching gifts program, is designed to provide an additional incentive for employees of F&D to contribute to eligible non-profit organizations of their choice.

  • Philanthropy Scholarship

The Frazier & Deeter Community Involvement Scholarship is designed to reward an F&D team member for a demonstrated commitment to involvement in our community.

  • Service Activities

At Frazier & Deeter, we strive to serve our communities in a variety of ways. We understand that an act as small as writing a hand written letter to a veteran to preparing and serving meals at the Ronald McDonald House can make a big impact.
