Supporting Our Communities
At Frazier & Deeter, investing in relationships includes actively engaging in the communities we serve. We call our collective impacts to help others FDImpact. Each year we choose a charity to support as a firm. This tradition started a few years ago when one of partners was battling Parkinson’s and we held a year-long campaign to support Parkinson’s research. Since then our FDImpact committee solicits ideas from across the firm to decide on a focus for our fund-raising efforts for the year. In 2017, we decided to join the fight against childhood cancer and raised over $30,000 for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Community Service Day
Every year, each office of Frazier & Deeter closes our doors for a day so our team can spend time in service together. Each office chooses a local charity that is having an impact on the community. Then all of us roll up our sleeves and get to work.
Personal Involvement
We encourage our people to get involved with non-profit organizations that align with their personal passions. Our non-profit foundation enables people throughout the firm to take advantage of matching funds from the firm to support their causes. Our community committee also offers grants that any team member can apply for to bring financial support to a non-profit organization. We also encourage everyone across the firm to volunteer at least 12 hours per year.
Community Events
Throughout the year, F&D hosts various services activities including food drives, toy drives, back-to-school supplies, toiletries for the homeless and more. We believe that investing in relationships to make a difference applies to every area of our lives.
