The DESIGN program kicks off with two days of orientation followed by a training program lead by our team members. What will my day-to-day look like as a PRG associate?

If you like teamwork, FD may be the perfect fit for you. Our PRG group provides customized risk management solutions to improve efficiency and add value. After one week of training, you will be scheduled on a variety of engagements with various awesome teams. You will be a contributor on your teams and receive coaching and consistent feedback as you continue to grow. You will work directly with seniors and managers on several accounting assignments to gain an understanding of GAAP, the preparation of financial statements and other comprehensive basics of accounting. You will be introduced to Service Organization Controls (SOC) examinations and IT governance. You will build relationships with your new FD family members along with Frazier & Deeter clients and learn to verify the accuracy and validity of their financial matters. Although we teach you almost everything you need to know, there are a few requirements you must meet.

    • Positive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong work ethic
    • Growth mindset- you love to learn and are not afraid to ask questions
    • Openness to receiving and delivering honest feedback
    • Must have an undergraduate degree in accounting
    • Graduate degree in accounting preferred
    • Must have 150 credit hours to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam
